		<description>I got told the exact same thing on a visit to Culross Palace, Scotland.
One of the rooms had an old rope 4 poster bed with a big matress. and they had a way of tightening the ropes at the end of the bed. The curator in the room said that was where the rhyme came from about sleeping tight.</description>
