My ancestor Adam Mitchell Sr. was uncle to your Adam of The Westward Sagas. My Grandfather was Charles Paisley Mitchell born in South Boston, Va. I have a copy of Buffalo Church and her People passed on to me by my Mother, Dorothy Frances Mitchell Yost and a old Ancestoral list that my Grandfather had compiled. I would love to know more about my family but do not know where to start. If you could give me any clues I would be very grateful. I bought 7 copies of your book to give to all my cousins, we all loved it. I spend 1/2 the year in Savannah, ga. 23 Log Landing rd. 31411 nd8284@ix.netcom.com I will be in Sav until June 25th and then Boston until next Oct. Thanks for any help you can give.

This was very interesting to read. I'd heard the term spring house before but never really knew what it meant.
